Wellness Services: Sound baths, restorative yoga, yoga nidra, Reiki, biofield tuning, and sound healing sessions. These services are not psychotherapy and are not subject to HIPAA protections. Wellness service records: Retained for at least three years or as required by applicable law, whichever is longer.
Website inquiries and administrative records: Retained only as long as necessary for business and legal purposes.
Children's Privacy
This website is generally intended for adults (18 years or older).
Psychotherapy services: We do not provide psychotherapy services to minors.
Wellness services: Occasionally, minors may participate in wellness programs (such as sound baths or yoga) when registered and supervised by a parent or legal guardian. In those cases, we collect only the personal information necessary to facilitate participation and maintain safety.

Substance Use Disorder Records (42 CFR Part 2)
Lotus Life LLC is not operated as a federally assisted substance use disorder treatment program under 42 CFR Part 2. If we receive records originating from a Part 2 program, those records are protected by additional federal confidentiality requirements and will not be re-disclosed without proper authorization except as permitted by law.
Federal "No Surprises Act" Disclosures
Individuals who do not have insurance or who choose not to use insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for psychotherapy services. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your estimate, you may dispute the bill. Additional information is available at www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
