Therapy is a clinical service for those seeking to heal from trauma, navigate neurodivergence, process grief, or work through deep emotional wounds with a licensed clinician.
Wellness is an open and accessible offering for anyone seeking nervous system support, rest, and restoration through movement, sound, and energy work.
Both are rooted in the same belief that healing happens when we tend to the whole person. But they serve different needs and are intentionally kept separate to honor the integrity of each.

For women navigating trauma, neurodivergence, and grief.
Maybe you are navigating trauma, a late diagnosis, grief, religious wounds, or simply the exhaustion of carrying too much for too long. Therapy at Lotus Life is a clinical service offered in person in Olathe, Kansas and via telehealth across Kansas and Missouri.

If you are a woman who is burned out, overstimulated, carrying the weight of trauma, or simply running on empty, our wellness offerings are here for you. From one on one yoga therapy and biofield balancing to restorative yoga, yoga nidra, and sound baths, each offering is designed to help your nervous system find its way back to rest, your body release what it has been holding, and your whole self begin to restore.
